Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mitram to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Post illegal content, hate speech, or content that sexualizes minors
• Distribute malware, phishing links or spam
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to break, exploit or reverse-engineer the platform

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload, the messages you send and the activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country) to use Mitram.

3. Content guidelines

All content (messages, attachments, profile data) must comply with applicable laws and these terms. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Mitram the limited rights needed to host and display it to the participants you intend to reach.

4. Moderation rights

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that violate these terms — with or without notice. Server owners and moderators have authority within their own servers, subject to platform rules.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a security risk. On termination, access to the service ends and your data may be removed per our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Mitram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitram and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero for free accounts).

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
