Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mitram Pro and Mitram Plus subscriptions are digital services.

• Users may cancel their subscription anytime.
• Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund payments already made.
• Refunds are only provided if required by applicable law or in exceptional cases approved by Mitram Support.
• Mitram Pro and Mitram Plus features become available only after payment verification has been completed. Until payment verification is completed, Premium benefits may not be available.
